Fresh Ground Yoga is a virtual space that encourages holistic exploration of well-being through gentle movement, conscious observation, and connection to breath.


Free virtual yoga sessions are offered every month as an energy check-in. 

At the beginning of every session, we take a moment to pause and consciously take inventory of our well-being. 


Each time we check-in with our energetic state, is an opportunity to nurture ourselves right where we are—a place where we can be present, plant our feet, and begin again
